Thank you very much for your pre-order.

Due to the large quantity of items in this order and the total weight exceeding 25 kg, the products may be shipped in multiple batches as they arrive from the manufacturer.

Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be charged separately at the time of shipment.

Please review the following information before completing your order.

📦 1. Factory Production & Partial Shipments

Partial Arrivals

The products are expected to arrive from the manufacturer in multiple batches depending on their production schedule.

Each batch is expected to weigh approximately 2–10 kg.

Notification Upon Arrival

Each time a batch arrives, we will contact you by email with details of the items received.

🚚 2. Shipping Options

When products arrive, you can choose one of the following options:

1. Ship Immediately – Partial Shipment

We will ship the available items as each batch arrives.

Please note that shipping charges will apply to each shipment.

2. Hold & Combine

We will hold the available items until additional products arrive and combine multiple items into one shipment.

💳 3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are not included at checkout and may be displayed as 0 or pending.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight and number of packages.

Once the shipping method is confirmed, we will contact you separately regarding payment of the shipping fees.

⚠️ 4. Cancellation Policy for This Special Order

This is a special pre-order placed with the manufacturer based specifically on the items and quantities in your confirmed order.

Therefore, once you complete your purchase through this page, the order cannot be cancelled, reduced in quantity, or refunded due to a change of mind or other customer circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the items and quantities, pre-order conditions, partial shipment arrangements, and shipping terms described on this page.

This policy does not apply in the event that an incorrect or defective product is supplied.
