🏝 Maldives Jigging Tour 2026 (Liveaboard)

This is a special jigging-focused tour organized by
Deep Liner × SPJ Laboratories,
held in one of the world’s premier fishing destinations — the Maldives.

This tour is conducted in a liveaboard style, staying on the boat while fishing,
and is designed to help participants learn jigging theory and techniques through real on-the-water practice.

Tour Overview

The Deep Liner Maldives Jigging Tour 2026, organized by SPJ Laboratories,
is an authentic jigging-focused tour set in the beautiful waters of the Maldives.

The tour is joined by
Masayoshi Higashimura,
Designer and CEO of Deep Liner, who provides direct guidance during actual fishing.

This is not simply an overseas fishing trip.
The focus is on understanding why specific tackle, techniques, and actions are used,
with a strong emphasis on learning through hands-on experience.

Tour Schedule (Two Sessions)

The tour will be held in two separate sessions,
each consisting of a 2-night / 3-day liveaboard trip.

  • Session 1: March 29 (Sun) – March 31 (Tue), 2026
    Meeting date: March 28 (Sat)

  • Session 2: April 1 (Wed) – April 3 (Fri), 2026
    Meeting date: March 31 (Tue)

Arrival Time & Meeting Information (Important)

For both sessions, participants are required to arrive at the
designated meeting point at Malé International Airport by 7:00 PM on the day before the tour starts.

Pickup will be arranged by water taxi (boat)
from the airport or the Malé ferry terminal to the liveaboard vessel.

The final pickup time is 9:00 PM (21:00).
Considering possible flight delays and immigration procedures,
we strongly recommend arriving at Malé International Airport by around 6:00 PM (18:00).

Detailed meeting instructions will be provided
after registration is confirmed.
