🔴 Characteristics of Red Assist Line
The Red Assist Line from Seafloor Control was adopted based on deep-sea color validation experiments conducted in collaboration with the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC).
The experiments revealed that beyond a certain depth, red appears darker than black. We have adopted this color based on its unique characteristic of changing appearance depending on the water depth and available light.
Additionally, we have incorporated fluorocarbon into the core of the assist line. This provides optimal stiffness, which helps to reduce tangling around the hook, ensuring comfort and efficiency in practical fishing situations.
